Parents and students can establish the itinerary in advance, including where the group will be picked up, where they will stop, and where they will be returned after the event.
For groups with multiple households, a central meeting point can simplify the schedule. If several individual pickups are preferred, include them when requesting the quote so the route can be reviewed before service.

Grand Rapids Prom & School Event Policies
School and student transportation is planned around the agreed itinerary and service window. Alcohol is only permitted for passengers age 21 and older in accordance with Lighthouse Limousine policies, so it is not permitted for underage prom or school-event groups. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
Our standard policy includes unlimited stops and mileage during the reserved service period. Travel time is billed from our Lansing-area shop to the first pickup and from the final drop-off back to the shop.
Grand Rapids Prom & School Transportation Pricing
Pricing depends on the vehicle, event date, service duration, pickup and drop-off locations, itinerary, and travel time. Friday and Saturday evening minimums may apply, and prom-season dates can book well in advance.
A reservation is secured with a 50% non-refundable down payment, with the remaining balance due three days before service.

How early should we reserve prom transportation?
Reserve as early as possible once the prom date and approximate group size are known. Friday and Saturday dates during late April, May, and early June are among the busiest school-event dates of the year.
Can the group make a dinner or photo stop before prom?
Yes. Planned stops can be included in the itinerary. Send them with the quote request so enough time can be scheduled.
Can parents arrange the reservation for the students?
Yes. A parent or other responsible adult can coordinate the reservation details, itinerary, passenger count, and payment.
Can alcohol be brought on a prom party bus?
No alcohol is permitted for underage passengers. Lighthouse Limousine only permits alcohol for passengers age 21 and older in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
How many students can ride together?
Our options include a 10-passenger stretch limousine, 20- and 24-passenger limo buses, and larger charter coach transportation. Availability varies by date.
