Downtown Grand Rapids Pickup & Return Planning

Event traffic and post-show crowds can make timing important. When you reserve transportation, provide the event name, venue, expected start time, pickup location, passenger count, and any planned stops. We use those details to build the service window and return plan.

If your group is staying at a downtown hotel, we can arrange hotel pickup and return transportation. If you are coming from outside Grand Rapids, we can also provide longer-distance service from Lansing, East Lansing, Kalamazoo, Ann Arbor, Detroit, and other Michigan communities.

Grand Rapids Concert & Sporting Event Pricing

Pricing depends on the vehicle, event date, pickup and drop-off locations, service duration, itinerary, and the travel time required to position the vehicle from and return it to our Lansing-area shop. Major concerts, weekend dates, and other high-demand events can have different minimums or rates.

Our standard policy includes unlimited stops and mileage during the reserved service time. Alcohol is permitted for passengers age 21 and older in accordance with Lighthouse Limousine policies. Smoking is not permitted.

Reservations are secured with a 50% non-refundable down payment, with the remaining balance due three days before service.
