Detroit Lions Game Day Party Bus from Lansing: Plan Your Group Trip

Heading to a Detroit Lions game at Ford Field with friends, family, coworkers, or fellow fans? A private party bus from Lansing or East Lansing can keep your group together from the first pickup through the trip home. Here is how to plan your Lions game day transportation without juggling separate cars, parking arrangements, and designated drivers.

Build a game-day timeline around Ford Field

Start with kickoff time, your group’s preferred arrival time, and where everyone will board. Allow additional travel time for I-96 traffic, downtown Detroit congestion, and event-day road closures. Decide whether you want to arrive early for nearby restaurants or pregame activities, and agree on a return pickup time and location with your chauffeur. Ford Field access and commercial vehicle loading rules may vary by event.

Pick the right limousine or party bus

Lighthouse Limousine offers a 10-passenger stretch limousine, a 20-passenger limo bus, and 24-passenger limo bus options, subject to availability. A single vehicle makes it easier to coordinate your Lions fans and their belongings. Explore our fleet and provide the exact passenger count when requesting a quote so we can recommend a suitable option.

What to include in your Lions transportation request

• Game date and preferred pickup time
• Pickup city and address, such as Lansing, East Lansing, or Grand Rapids
• Number of passengers
• Any planned restaurant or other stops
• Preferred postgame departure plan

Our private rentals allow unlimited stops and mileage during the reserved service. Ask for an itemized quote that reflects your itinerary, vehicle choice, applicable travel time, and fees. Game tickets and venue parking are not included unless expressly stated in your reservation.

Make the return trip easier

After a busy game, finding everyone and navigating crowds can be the hardest part. Set a clear meeting point and make sure your group knows the driver’s instructions before entering the stadium. Your chauffeur will contact you the day before service to confirm the details.
